Acquisition of Coers & Roest by Wilco BV

Last week, Wilco BV reached an agreement with the management of Coers & Roest to take over all of their business operations as of 1 June.

Coers & Roest grafische producties BV is a graphics production company founded in 1855 and is the oldest printing company in the Dutch city of Arnhem. It is also an authentic family business. Coers & Roest is a household name among art book publishers. They have their own lithography department and advise customers on design, special printing techniques and finishes. All 14 employees will continue their work at Wilco, Wilco Art Books and CoCo. The first group of employees are moving to Amersfoort from 1 June onwards. The aim is to complete the integration by 1 September.
